- Favoritism and nepotism exist, it's not horrific, but it's there - Evaluated on quantity of hours worked over quality - Mid-low pay

Pros

The company puts on an amazing front. The produce good work and have some impressive clients.

Cons

The inner workings of the company are chaotic. They lack real leadership and don't care for their employees. Reingold underbids to win contracts and then overworks their employees and sub-contractors. During the hiring process they make promises that they never fulfill.
