I learn a lot from my fellow co-workers and have fun doing so. We have a great culture here at RGi where everyone is supportive of each other which I value greatly. I have worked along side many knowledgeable Technical leads and other Software engineers. Every lead or engineer I have worked with are helpful mentors. It is really makes work enjoyable when everyone here at RGi who are truly passionate about their work and want to deliver a great product.
I also enjoy that many of my co-workers are also some of my closest friends outside of work too. Many people at RGi spend time playing basketball, softball, D&D, MTG, Soccer, and other activities outside of business hours. RGi also hosts a series of get togethers to help encourage the comradery as well, such as picnics, tubing trips, company wide trips, happy hours and more. On Fridays the company does buy everyone breakfast (sometimes it's Chic-Fil-A, Duck Donuts, Panera, Anita's).
I also value at RGi is the flexibility. I am given the opportunity to make up hours for a dentist or doctors appointment without having to use my Paid Time Off. The managers are willing to work with your schedule to help in those situations (including staying home for a delivery).
Really the best thing about RGi is the culture and the people who work here. The fun and relaxed environment makes it a great place to work.
