      Pros

      I work across the organization helping each department. And so far everyone has been super friendly to work with, you can tell they have a real passion for what they do. They encourage ideas and thinking outside of the box. They have a beautiful office in Columbia, MD. Based on other reviews and my experience I feel like things are turning around for the better because everything I have experienced thus far has been great.

      None so far. Seems like we are rebuilding internally and making smarter decisions.

      The top level management is not good at all. People who were in the right place at the right time in the early days of the startup.
