Lots of exposure and career/networking opportunities. Working for Related also carries a certain amount of prestige once you leave the company.
Cons
The company is run by a bunch of rich, old white men and the ivy league dudebros that they groom to be as entitled and poorly behaved as they are. This toxicity trickles down from the very top--starting with Stephen Ross. The result is a deeply politicized and abusive environment. Get your two or three years in, and then get out.
