      Pros

      Overall the company in my opinion is the best in Real Estate and Development. The Development office is wonderful with (mostly) very bright, amazing people.

      Cons

      The property management side is TOXIC. I have never been made to feel such a terrible way from managers and co workers in my life. They will push you out if they feel threatened, or simply don't like you for any reason. The leasing manager and GM of 500 are two of the most cold and vile people I have ever very unfortunately had to work with. You are never congratulated or praised for any achievement, but always told what you did wrong, and basically how you are not good enough. This goes for any employee no matter how great they really are.

      The projects are bar none some of the most complicated/interesting on-going developments in NY, if not the country.

      Cons

      The culture is extremely competitive. Work recognition is rare, you're expected to perform.
