      Pros

      Compensation seems to be on the higher side, especially for construction management related positions. May be due to smaller group for the company and trying to attract talent.

      Cons

      Management has not done a great job of creating a positive company culture. Some coworkers, especially those in management positions have aura of entitlement surrounding their speech. Construction group seems to be thought lessor of.
