Business Outlook
Pros
Overall good pay. Most of the PM's are knowledgeable at least in my portfolio. Company is flexible with DM's and above, work from home and make (usually) your own schedule to visit properties.
Cons
The communication from Corporate leaves a lot to be desired. Accountants, training department, compliance department come and go with no notice. Over last 6 months the training department and compliance department have been eliminated and now DM's and RM's have to take on additional responsibility and role, which adds stress to an already "stretched out" job.
