very heavy with office politics. company culture thinks nothing of firing employees. site management was a joke and senior management iseither blind to it or just dont care about staff.

-Increasingly unrealistic expectations of both management personnel and site staff. -Too much focus on policy and procedure vs. actually getting the job done. -Most of if not all of the upper management have no hands-on PM experience, and this detracts from their ability to understand employee roles,workdays and how to best supervise the site personnel as well as do things efficiently, cost-effectively or in a time-efficient manner. -Protectionism in the upper ranks makes everyone else dispensable.
