Unnecessarily stressful. Management treats employees like children. Company could care less about the well-being of employees. It’s all about profits and they’ll put your well being in jeopardy just to make profits. Very high turn over rate for a reason. Most if not all employees are unhappy and feel stuck there because of the job market.

Typical developer all driven by money and will let you go once they've used you. After 5 years of working for the company, I was let go and this was not due to Covid. You'd think this company would be all about their employees which is where their success is from. CEO/VPs/higher ups will choose to cut employees to save a penny. Typical business mentality and no loyalty.
