      Pros

      Smartest team in real estate. The firm has an entrepreneurial culture with a lot of collaboration, so if you are an employee that needs a lot of structure and layers of reporting, this is not the firm for you. If you want to have the room and tools to grow, they are unmatched in NYC real estate. Definitely not a lifestyle firm, but no two days are the same and they are working on great projects. Firm is fully integrated so you can impact all sides of real estate.

      Cons

      Need to be a self-starter and aspirational to succeed here. This is not a fit if you are looking for a 9-5 role. Have to know how to manage your own time.

      No Respect-based ethics at this company!

      Pros

      Decent salary and excellent benefits. They offer promotions very quickly (although usually people who have not amassed the experience necessary for said promotion).

      Cons

      Prides themselves on "Respect-based" management yet continually treated employees with extreme disrespect. Property was left in disarray, unsecured and had various health and safety hazards throughout, despite employee concerns. Lower-level management was scared to talk to upper-management about any issues for fear of getting berated or fired. Unethical. Related "brand" secured via any means necessary.

      Pros

      Compensation was very competitive, good benefits and definitely one of the most prestigious luxury rental companies in NY.

      Cons

      Management was unapproachable and distant. Technology, software and other tools were in disarray and in many situations employees were left to fend for themselves without much support.
