      Great people at every level Encouraged to foster positive relationships with communities and teams Few if any micromanagers; site teams are empowered and expected to take ownership of their assets. Regional support team is accessible when needed.

      Promotion opportunities are limited due to tenure throughout the company and limited movement above Annual raises limited to COL increases Must be willing to work (not a con, but do not expect to succeed here if you do not have a strong work ethic)

      Favoritism at its finest and if they don’t like you you will be unlawfully terminated with your name being slandered and defamation because they have no reasoning
