Pros
Pay is decent, union benefits, random tips throughout year especially Christmas time, paid days off, sick time off, sometimes nice co-workers
Cons
Upper management does not care for workers, overworks them and expect a lot from them, overworked, doubles are brutal 16 hour shift with 8 hour turnover for next shift, management has no care about you or what you have to say until you threaten to go to HR, treated like trash by residents, uniforms are horrible material and quality and don't ever fit well, treated like garbage, disrespected by management and residents
