As time goes on..they are taking more and more rights away from property managers due to others not being honest. Took away rights in onesite to right of an incorrect charge. You now have to send to your regional and they have to do it. Any corrections for that matter are handled that way. Ridiculous.

- Manager micromanages you every single second - When they aren't there, they are still watching on the cameras looking at every single move you make. They literally zoom in to see what we are doing on our phones or trying to make what we are doing or saying at every given moment. - Small Lunch Breaks - They are breaking the law by forcing the employees to take 38 minute lunch breaks instead of the legally required 45 minutes. - Point System - They give a point for any little thing you do, it can be as small as forgetting ur badge at home. Which is a very human thing to happen. I've never worked in a place where they micromanage you this much.
