Business Outlook
Pros
The pros are the company is great, you get to work alongside with fantastic, outgoing people. You do make a lot of connections while on the job with tenants, guests and other coworkers.
Cons
The only downside is you have a lot of people within the company who chase titles, and who don’t know how to lead a team effectively. There are a lot of egos within this company, which makes it seem like you’re battling other departments when you should all be working together collectively. Lastly, if you work for Related, but you don’t work in one of the office buildings and you work on a separate property, you are treated like a stepchild which sucks since you’re the face of the company working with guests face-to-face every single day.
