      Decent Salary and Benefits, which are better than most companies

      Cons

      A drain on personal and professional life Has cliques, exclusions. Constantly battling work burn-outs, work schedule is OFTEN changing. You're expected to adhere to that, but when you're ready to schedule anything, it becomes a battle. Save your sanity and stay away!

      Pros

      The DC area has some good people at the desks.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective. They avoid problems, residents, and employees. There is a culture of yelling at each other that is supported by management. Gaslighting, racism, and general neglect of problems until they blow up. Injured workers not reported. Retaliation. NOT a good place to work. Ask anyone that works there.
