old school management. Most employees on site feel over used. Say they care about their employees and residents (tenants) but actions say otherwise as they feel EVERYONE want to work and live at Related.

Related uses VERY outdated software that causes simple day to day tasks to take MUCH longer than software that other management companies use. VERY little information on policies and procedures. They tend to roll out new policies without informing the sites causing a lot of frustration for the onsite staff. Above the regional position, there is a lot of turn over and a lot of hands in the pot all the time. You can ask 5 different people on how to do something and get 4-5 different answers. The payment processing system they use is very difficult and makes for tracking payments to vendors nearly impossible. The other con is that unless you live in Dallas or New York, there isn't really advancement above the individual site level.
