      Pros

      -The company has great ideas and philosophies, truly, the stability of any company is its management and supervisors. -Large and growing profolio

      Cons

      company grew too big too fast and need a closer look at all areas of roles to services. Not competitive - salaries are not competitive to the industry. Much lower in most cases and most positions. Need better career growth opportunities. The quality of the physical product (apartment interiors and finishes) are not up to par with the competition but plans to renovate and upgrade are at minimal.

      Pros

      Fun company outings. Strong company culture. Most people are smart and great at their jobs.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Did way more than a typical admin does, but did not get compensated for it. Promises of pay increase or promotion are all talk, no action. Senior management (and HR) was not sensitive at all to valid complaints about working conditions (overtime, time off, sexual harassment, etc.)

      Because departments are broken down into teams. the company doesn't feel as overwhelmingly large as it is.

      Occasionally a lot of red tape with regards to HR and payroll
