When I first started with related it was decent for enter level role into property management. About 3 months into my job, I noticed my manager would disappear without notice. The maintenance staff was horrible, they never completed work orders until weeks later, leaving the staff to deal with residents complaint. It became at hostile work environment due to the negligence from the property manager and regional manager. They also did not pay on time, I received checks in the mail that came back returned from the bank, which caused my account to be overdrawn.
