      You receive an equinox membership discount

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees at all. Force you to work and come to the office if you have covid and tell you not to tell anyone. Made the entire company return to office full time (not alternating schedules, everyone at once mon-fri 9-6) in June 2020 with no regard to anyone's safety or health. No one is allowed to wfh at anytime. Toxic work environment and culture. If you were in the hospital on your death bed they would still expect you to respond to emails.
