Lack of leadership skills from appointed/hired leaders. Ridiculous last minute decisions and deadlines to meet. Bringing up concerns falls on deaf ears. Cannot ask for help, none will be given anyway. Obtuse, ill mannered, hostile and filled with scrutiny type of work environment. Not stingy on overtime because they have you working 100 hours per period, and still not make a dent in the amount of work that requires completion.

For people who work in residential buildings, (not offices), the experiences vary, as the culture changes from building to building. My main issue was lack of diversity. My team was very cliquish.
