Pros

-Remote flexibility -high level of autonomy

Cons

-Management is not transparent especially with the recent layoffs they have done - little to no raises and bonus -have to work long hours to get work done as there is unrealistic expectations for the heavy work load individuals have due to the layoffs and transfer of work. -poor benefits -no growth and career advancement -not a lot of diversity

Still male dominated industry All males leading company with women kept in support roles, not treated same or equally as men Men are mostly chosen for promotion Benefits package should be richer for EB firm

The CEO has integrity & experience and there are a handful of well intentioned hard working staff members.

Cons

Excessive turnover, inconsistently applied rules & policies, favoritism, misrepresented services, embellished revenue amounts. Some managers require direct reports to post favorable Glassdoor reviews. Buyer beware!
