Management was not professional, could be belittling in communication. Internal processes not well developed - many things are ad hoc and recreation of the wheel.

The hiring phase was haphazard. I applied for the morning shift, but then after the first two interviews they changed it to the evening shift, which I should have taken as a sign to not take the job offer. The training was rushed and I didn't really get a chance to familiarize myself with the product. And setting up my credentials took months, which hindered me from providing technical support.
