Unlimited DTO. Week-long shutdowns in summer and at Christmas.

Cons

They are quietly but surely moving away from any remote style work. They won't say it to your face but they want people in Chicago only. Very little opportunity for growth. Remote employees - those that are left - are treated as second-class at best.
