      Dynamic and at times exciting with the growth potential of the company.

      Cons

      1. Very political, the favoritism is prevalent. Often one is completely ignored since they are not considered important or liked by management. 2. There is no work/life balance. 3. The CEO has a temper and often unloads on the staff. This immaturity is reflected by others within the organization.
