If you live in Poland, or you are a contractor in India, you might be able to find a job here. But at this point, it is just a job, not a career.

- There is NO engineering hiring in the US. - Middle/upper management and upper level individual contributors in the US are leaving or being asked to leave. - VP level leadership is poor - Engineering teams are overworked and there is no budget to increase team sizes. - Career paths and upward movement are pretty much gone at this point above a senior engineering position.
