      Benefits were good The team I was on was fantastic to work with, and my manager was great, but that varies depending on team Mid level managers were always fantastic to work with and understanding of challenges and issues almost to a fault The unlimited PTO is great and I was never denied taking time off Top tier healthcare and benefits if you live near Chicago

      Cons

      Large amount of red tape for certain initiatives Large technical debt forces teams to focus on infrastructure changes instead of product improvement and feature development Tech stack is outdated even after major overhauls and any modern technologies are abstracted away by core/platform teams Lack of urgency in providing a better user experience. The software could be so much more user friendly, but it doesn't feel like there is any push for that to be the case. Teams in different regions bring complexities to managing Overall compensation is middling and combined with other factors led to employee retention issues even before layoffs
