They rarely hire nor let alone promote people of color no matter what your qualifications are at the site at Stennis Space Center. They are very racist there . Just check the ratio of white makes to everybody else.

The technology is very cool and you get to work with people who actually want to make a difference. Lots of favoritism in the people department and no direction. They lost 10 recruiters in the past year
