Pros

- Exciting company mission with multiple facets; real shot at being a major player in the launch services industry but also extremely innovative in the field of additive manufacturing. People at the company (including me) believe that we're going to be successful. - Good work life balance (does depend on department) - Rational and data-driven leadership. They have navigated rapid growth, major challenges, pivots/reorgs/etc. They don't always get it 100% right but are willing to evaluate their decisions and aren't afraid to admit they were wrong. - Commitment to valuing people, including DEI - Amazing group of coworkers. Talented and motivated people that help each other grow.

Cons

- At times communication and transparency from leadership has been lacking - Certain departments are chaotic and lack organization - As a hiring manager, pipelines can sometimes move frustratingly slowly

Pros

Relativity is a company filled with as much opportunity as you want to shape a modern launch vehicle, kind people that care about you as a person and your development, and a great talent pool to collaborate with.

Cons

As is the case with startups, you definitely have to wear hats that are t technically yours to wear as we build out new systems and products.

Pros

You will work with some of the most talented rising stars in your industry along with a few veteran staff from other places. When you can sit down and have a conversation, you'll learn so much from what you share.

Cons

The staffing levels don't match the company's dream for itself. In order to meet schedule, employees have to extract as much value from each other, to the point where a decent percentage are substantially drained. You sacrifice so much to this job to remain accountable and maintain performance, but you look in the mirror, you're left with a husk of yourself.
