Thank you for your review! We are super excited about our technology too, and we’re looking forward to seeing how our mission can change the future of humanity in space. We do value autonomy and ownership at Relativity, and believe that our employees passion for improving the industry drives us forward. We recognize the importance of a robust benefits package, including 401k offerings. As our company continues to grow and evolve, we are constantly reviewing and re-evaluating our benefits to enhance our overall package. We also understand that business changes can lead to ambiguity, we have heard the feedback from our employees about the desire for transparency and are working on creating more open communication with our employees through All-Hands meetings and company update emails. Thank you for everything you have contributed to Relativity thus far!

Fast Paced Environment, Good Culture

Pros

You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry. There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry. The culture is good at Relativity, there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.

Cons

High workload and growing pains, it is still a startup environment here so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work life balance does not seem to be even across the company, some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams Benefits are not the best

We are always reflecting on the operations of our company and working on ways to improve, and we appreciate the value you see in being a great place to learn and our overall culture. We are consistently reviewing our benefits to make sure they align with industry standards, and do our best to provide our employees with well rounded benefits. We are actively gathering feedback via surveys around managements and leadership that I hope will address your concerns around work/life balance, transparency and consistent culture across our teams. I’m glad to see you appreciate our DEI efforts and we are excited to continue moving forward with DEI focused events, employee resource groups and outreach.
