Get experience if you've never worked in aerospace.

Cons

Bad management, moral isn't important to the company, toxic work environments across every department, only ex Space X employees get high pay and a larger than normal amount of stocks, aviation experience doesn't matter or is even acknowledged as experience here, and you're undervalued the harder of a worker you are.
