Pros

-It was awesome seeing the first launch last spring - the product is awesome and cool to see it progress over time -You get to work with smart and talented people, I feel like I learn something every day from my co-workers -People are passionate about the work and really believe in it, strong sense of camaraderie -I feel a strong sense of ownership working here, people trust you to get your job done

Cons

-normal growing pains for a start up that has grown significantly, but I would say that leadership is aware of this and taking steps to ensure stability
