      Pros

      I love the vision here. We’re trying to completely change aerospace manufacturing to enable better products faster. The big vision and strong financial backing makes it possible to swing for the fences a lot.

      Cons

      Like most startups - there is a bit organized chaos which means you need to be self directed and intellectually curious to survive here. It’s not the place if you need a straight forward job that you can leave at the office.

      - Fight for talent is intense, lots of focus across all levels on recruiting. If you aren't passionate about what you do and sharing it with people in your network to get them to join, don't waste you're time. We're not only doing amazing things, but looking to scale tremendously with the right people and right skills. - Physical space is getting very tight at headquarters office due to growth - Company has almost tripled in size during COVID (150 to nearly 400 people), need to create more opportunity to build team comradery and culture - If you're looking to join Relativity to just get a better title, this is not the place for you. There is significant career growth for both ICs and managers, but title chasers don't last long here.
