      Pros

      Money, bonus programs, when selling.Open Floor, the GMs door is always open.

      Cons

      The management, the expected 6 day work week. Be prepaired to work 10 hours a day 6 days a week for months. Asking for days off is like pulling teeth. You have to call in sick just to get a time off. Or ask well in advance, then you may still even become victim of a bullying management staff. 4 meetings a week. Every week.

      Pros

      They listen more than they talk. They have a process that guarantees success in completing your car deal. They do this thing where they find out what your looking for and based upon your individual situation they show you automobiles that fit your direct needs and budget. Perfect for people with inequity and limits the time your there which is nice.

      Cons

      They have too many cars to choose from. It is an enormous dealership. But they don't make it seem that way with the way they treat you
