      Pros

      There are really no pros - maybe the piddly 401K

      Cons

      Poor management - will ignore any complaints by employees, even if they are serious matters. Only way to get their attention is to just quit! Even then, they will not compensate you for your true value to try and bring you back on board. Worthless company that hire degenerates and incompetent workers.

      Pros

      Flexible hours at times, but only if your one of the bosses favorites. Some managers are easy targets for loans and gifts.

      Cons

      Management pushes people out the door, sometimes for good, for no reason. Fewest paid holidays. Expensive medical benefits. If you have a family, you would pay way too much here.
