      1.) Visa issues are handled best. The staff is good at work. 2.) Salary on time. 3.) Comparatively good ranking among consultancies.

      Cons

      1.) Typical consultancy, less pay. As per %, they don't go beyond 75% - 25% even for experienced candidates. 2.) No many benefits.

      I have been working with Reliable Software from last 4 years. Work culture is quite friendly and I have been getting the opportunity to learn and update my knowledge and skills. You can approach higher management with your queries. Based on my experience I can say this is the best company to work with. It has a good opportunity to improve ourselves.
