      Truly genuine and up to the mark

      Pros

      Though I had joined from Full time to Hourly basis(that I got to know later) this company never gave me hard time on my salary and rate per hour. HR and back office guys are more prompt and generous that you would never feel working in a consultancy. Rather I would say these guys are more advanced in technology compared to full-time companies in the market (TCS, Cogni etc).

      Lack of internal job portal website where I can refer to my friend.

      Pros

      Reliable is a great opportunity for me start a new career. I loved working here. This is a cool environment for beginners. They train their staff very well.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons with this company. I am just looking for a full time oppurtunity with the direct client.
