      Pros

      Paychecks on time. if thats even a pro. Dont you expect a employer do that anyways? but thats about what you can imagine to be a PRO here.

      Cons

      Treats everyone as cheap labors and has no recognition of the value you bring to the table. Doesnt matter how competent you are, you are just another brick in the wall. You have to fight for every penny you make and you have to fight for the rightful pay hike you deserve. You never will be respected as a human being let alone a professional.

      small - tiny and self governed team, very good domain knowledge, highly reputed in the specialized domain, good net take home salary when compared to the so called big CTC packages offered by MNC

      Cons

      micro level HR policies, Limited other benefits, limited career growth, very rigid on in/out time.
