Pros

Reliance Matrix takes care of their employees and offers many benefits as well as lots of vacation time.

Cons

They recently received a large influx of new business which has made daily operations a lot more intense. Some days you will feel very overwhelmed and behind on work.

Pros

Reliance Matrix has had rapid growth and with that comes some growing pains, but I am seeing such a movement for advancing in technology , best practices and training. Although I am only about 1 year into my employment and have no previous experience in this industry, in a generalized comparison to previous employers the compensation is fair and I feel more of a work/life balance than in previous jobs.

Cons

Workload can get overwhelming at times, a more structured mentoring period after 12 week ILT would be highly beneficial to new examiners, particularly examiners with no previous claims experience.

Pros

Competitive salary, co-workers and leaders are great on the Matrix side.

Cons

Although the company merged on paper they haven't done it internally as there are definite silos. Executive Leaders are disconnected and out of touch from the rest of the workers. HR and HRBP's are swayed by the mindset and beliefs of executive leaders, even if it's wrong or biased. it's hard to get promoted since the company can't afford to lose work horses that are successfully keeping clients happy. There is a 3 day per week in office and 2 day remote, no exceptions. If a great tenured employee says that they need to work remote or find another job, Reliance Matrix will let them go. As a result there is high turnover. Training is subpar and mentoring is non-existent.
