Great Benefits Family oriented company Great Pay Hour Flexibility. Independence

Cons

Training for working in perforating was very minimal. Learn as you go along. Could prove costly to the company if you make a mistake quoting. 90% of employees have been here for 15+ years so being young, you are under a magnifying glass and scrutinized for your actions positive or negative. Havent had a raise in 1 year 7 months

Co-workers are usually pretty nice. Management seems to care about the employees. Like many other small companies people are generally pretty friendly.

Cons

Not a really hard driven culture. People are pretty relaxed and happy with there they are, so there's not a lot of push to succeed.

Pros

They are experiencing growth, they have been fortunate enough to purchase other companies and expand which is great given this economy.

Cons

People from here are crazy. A lot of backstabbing and passive aggressive behavior. You always have to be on your toes and be ready to stand your ground and fight. It's very draining and should not be.
