Pros
-The work is very niche, fun, and fulfilling. -On site co-workers are great and fun to work with. -Even over email, co-workers seemed pleasant to work with. -Not necessarily a pro but not a negative also, work is conducted year round outside and the temperature can be brutal depending on who you are.
Cons
-Pay feels so so considering the kind of work and how niche it is. -Health insurance took a huge hike for this coming year, enough to make a cost of living increase meaningless and a promotion to feel like your just keeping up.
