The people at Relias are great and the onboarding process is well-done. I appreciated how truly interested the Training team seemed to be in each of the new hires in my onboarding group.

Cons

Silos exist, but there's awareness so it can be addressed. Company tends to hire high potential candidates (very green) - OK in some instances/certain roles, but there' opportunity to harness more experienced talent to bolster organizational effectiveness more quickly.
