Pros

There are a lot of smart, talented folks working here. People are friendly. Good snacks in the kitchen. Lots of flexible workspaces. Easy location to get to from Raleigh.

Cons

Leaders demonstrate divisive bullying and are more concerned about protecting themselves than really trying anything new. "The Relias way" is an excuse to suppress new ideas. Don't bother telling HR about bad behavior from "leaders." They'll go straight to your boss to snitch and then do nothing to help you. Internal training is laughable. No clear goals to work towards. Ever changing priorities and directions.
