Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Much like many companies, we are still navigating the new hybrid work model, while balancing the continued COVID concerns. There has been zero pressure to be in the office (other than a few scheduled events and for individuals in our essential staff roles, which have to be onsite) and we've been supportive of staff making the choice of when to head into the office and when to work at home. This isn't going to change and we've been true to the model rolled out in January 2021 - your choice, except for scheduled events with prior notice. To support the NC Tech industry, we are also striving for the majority of our roles to be located in-state as well. Re: culture building, we hold our managers accountable for building the culture and the community in their teams and within their larger departments, in combination with peers and the leader of the department. If people are not feeling connected on your team, what can you as the manager do to fix this? Understanding our former compensation methodology was lower on the pay scale, after the last pay cycle, we have raised most roles significantly, with many in top quartile.
