      Reltio truly lives up to its values with a collaborative, transparent, and people-first culture. Leadership is approachable, inclusive, and genuinely invested in employee growth. It’s a place where diverse voices are heard and appreciated, and innovation is actively encouraged.

      We are SMEs in the domain. in future some diversification in product offering will help for sure.

      Pros

      The overall joining experience in Reltio has been good right from the interview process to onboarding. These are my initial impressions and experience after a week at Reltio. Let's look at the deciding factors that made me accept the offer: Pay: Good People: HR is prompt in their communication and provided a smooth interview and onboarding process. Product Team: People I have met are so far are helpful and friendly. Initial impression is positive. My team (Doc): Talented, vibrant and friendly people. Glad to be part of the team. Culture: It's an open work culture and informal. There is momentum to everything you do. Not sure whether this is good or bad. Too early to comment on this. Flexible work hours: Expected to work from office 2 days a week. Days are based on the team that you are in. This is pretty good. Work life balance: Too early to comment as I have been here only for a week now. As of today, I have work life balance and I am happy.

      Pros

      While a mature VC backed SaaS firm Reltio has an A-list set of customers in the right place at the right time as data becomes a strategic asset for large enterprises. Amazing types of customers realty has and how they’re using the platform to support strategic transformations.

      Cons

      As with any SaaS provider public or private, there are demands to do more with less which results tough work life balance. Reltio to its credit, recognizes this challenge and offers employees generous vacation policies.
