      Pros

      Yellow walls are rather nice. You will learn a lot about surviving in the worst kind of paranoid, nepotism ridden, corporate atmosphere there is.

      Cons

      Management needs to get a clue. Everyone gets promotions based on friendship.

      Pros

      While a mature VC backed SaaS firm Reltio has an A-list set of customers in the right place at the right time as data becomes a strategic asset for large enterprises. Amazing types of customers realty has and how they’re using the platform to support strategic transformations.

      Cons

      As with any SaaS provider public or private, there are demands to do more with less which results tough work life balance. Reltio to its credit, recognizes this challenge and offers employees generous vacation policies.
