      Pros

      Growth in these economic conditions is challenging. I am grateful that our executive team is making proactive decisions to ensure the long term stability of the company. There have been a lot of changes but our outlook is strong across all areas of the company. I enjoy working here as I can see my contributions to the business make a difference

      There are bandwidth issues with certain roles. I think we could be more productive if we could eliminate some of the choke points

      Product is rock solid. Very innovative design. Sales training is excellent.

      Don't understand why a company at this phase is so stingy with equity compensation.
