      It's been more than 3 months for me at Reltio Bangalore and i can say it has the best Work Life Balance. Before joining this company i was bit sceptical about joining because even though Glassdoor ratings are good but very few < 150 reviews are there but that is because there are not much employees here. Still in India there are less than 100 employees working if I am not wrong. I can see people here are actually good and helping in nature. Senior management and HR are easily reachable. Good work life balance and employee centric company.
