      Pros

      Many people would express their unhappiness with Management, HR, and Admin but when it comes to Reltio India you'll find it on the positive side. Amazing work culture and the India management is right on the money. The friendly environment, Remote work culture, Recruitment, HR and Admin/Finance, and so on. Good employee benefits like paid time off, a Home office setup program and the best part is group health insurance for families which is covered for parents. Best place to work and you won't regret it!

      Cons

      It's hard to find out good things about technical support in Reltio and the team is in the wrong hands. Experienced the differences between the Boss and Leader and the boss is always right! Less technical exposure and should avoid this company if anyone has mainly worked on Production support(Cloud, Linux, SQL, Monitoring, etc). Typical customer support job, work on non-prod env tickets, less technical exposure and you'll have to listen to too many things even if you are right. The best part of the Job is normal working hours but it's hard to understand the platform and limited support which will make you think to quit every day and your boss will inspire you to take that decision.

      Flexible timings, 4 WFH in a month Zero politics everyOne are like friends and not colleagues Good Pay Latest technologies If willing, lots to learn, very Transparent Medical insurance for self and family not in CTC

      Yearly Few people will get fired without any reasone No transportation No Perks Flat hierarchy Not much scope to grow vertically.
