      Pros

      True Employee friendly company. They say EMPLOYEES FIRST & live with it. Excellent benefits like health insurance given for parents as well, along with your spouse & kids. Excellent worklife Balance, WFH is available. Very friendly colleagues & approachable senior management. Here we celebrate every success which is a great motivational factor. Employee centric, Innovation focused. New office looks amazing with good facilities in the tech park. VP India (Manish Jain) is very approachable , easily available & encouraging to share your ideas & to get it implemented.

      Cons

      I would struggle to think of any serious downsides working at Reltio other than some probably pretty unavoidable one's , a natural situation for an organisation of its size and scope.

      Its wonderful to be a part of the company .it has - Great Work Culture , it feels like family - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunities to enhance your skills with ownership of your own role. - Amazing Infrastructure with Games like Foosball ,Table Tennis and Pool ,Office cafeteria has lot of variety available at affordable price . -Everybody is so approachable at any point of time,friendly environment
