      Toxic Company Culture

      Pros

      Decent technology, but no true distinguishing features. At least, not that management can articulate in less than 5 minutes to a customer.

      Cons

      CEO continues to bring in "professional managers" that are anything but professional. Just look at the rating trend since July 2018 (when the latest group of corporate thugs started joining). The ratings still haven't recovered from the firings, displacements, and departures. The toxic environment of backstabbing and passive aggressive behavior (even at the highest levels) will continue to cause the company to move backward. It's a much worse-off company than several years ago.

      Pros

      The Reltio culture is amazing. It's the truest feeling of teamwork I've ever experienced. Everyone knows that we are working together to build something great. "Yes, I can help" is always the answer and "thank you!" is the reply. Employees recognize one another on the recognition platform every day and the company celebrates the business wins AND the employees who made it happen. Commitment to Customers is the guiding light in every conversation, the Executive team is authentic and accessible, innovation is highly valued, and despite a broad global footprint, Reltio really feels like a family. This is a special place!

      Cons

      Reltio is a global company so we must manage time zones and commit to very clear, complete communication. I don't see this a Con but it IS a requirement for success.
